Can a Lawyer be Outsourced?

As you recall from our novel, "The World is Flat" many careers are being outsourced by way of the internet. Read the following article "Call My Lawyer... In India" and create a dialogue on how they are outsourcing lawyers to India. How is this happening and do you think this will diminish the career as an opportunity for Americans?

I think that lawyers can be outsourced all they really need is a computer with an internet connection and a webcam and a microphone and they can be representing someone in court in any part of the world without ever leaving their own house.
